Birthday Greeting Card Program
Our signature, ongoing project is a birthday card program to send a little cheer. We get our birthday lists from churches, agencies, children’s groups, nursing homes, and more. We rely mainly on youth groups to help us send handwritten, personal birthday greetings to each person on our list. Call or e-mail us if you’d like to donate cards, postage, time, or just to add a name to our list.
ProjectSmile.com offers Confidence Building Workshops focusing on overcoming Negative Thought in schools, community centers, and other locations. Please contact us if you’re interested in including a workshop for your group or if you’d like to volunteer.
Sweetest Day - each fall we spend the day taking candy and handwritten cards to seniors and children in residential homes, spending time visiting as well.
Community Involvement - we actively participate in and promote other non-profits’ activities and events, including the American Cancer Society and OneBrick. |
